• Final payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices not settled within the agreed-upon timeframe may incur late fees.

Service Delivery

Ctechtronics will make every effort to complete the project within the specified timeframe, subject to the availability of materials and external factors. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth completion of services, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Grant timely access to the premises for installation or repairs
• Make prompt payment for services rendered

Failure to provide these may result in delays or additional charges.

Warranties and Guarantees

Ctechtronics guarantees that all work will be performed to a high standard, in compliance with local regulations and safety standards. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• External factors such as weather or power surges

Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel a service order by giving written notice at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date. Any deposits paid will be refunded minus any costs already incurred by Ctechtronics in preparation for the project. If cancellation occurs after the work has begun, the client may be responsible for covering partial costs.

Limitation of Liability

Ctechtronics PTY (Ltd) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. We are also not responsible for damages caused by client negligence or failure to follow provided instructions.

Our maximum liability to you will be limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.

Use of Website
